Just wanted to say excellent weekend - even though I probably missed the nicest weather we'll have this year!

Everyone played really well, hope you raised lots of money - judging by the amount of prizes Ade won and tombola tickets Fenno bought think I can safely assume you did!

Think the best goal of the weekend has got to be Dan's last shot in the first game on Sat-Sparkling!

I'm still recovering from the willy incident tho - thanks Billy  Kiss

Glad you enjoyed the weekend, I thought it was by far the best team performance for a long time and we all had a good laugh even if it was mainly at your expense!  Only kidding!!!

Did I mention I won the LCD TV !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top weekend as usual, team played really well and deserved to go through to final.

monday morning depression has kicked in now though. oh well roll on friday.  Embarrassed

Smiley Its taken me all morning to be bothered to start work, and the first thing I do is log on to our site. I had a great weekend thanks to you all. Don't know if we made any money yet as I'm waiting to find out how many spectators we had.

On the playing front I thought we got better & better with each game, we now have to take that form in to the league.

The sad news is that Chris "party boy" Jerome has broken two small fingers & is in pot, so he will be out for at least 6 weeks.

Sarah, glad you have joined the site. My new screen saver is the pic of your puppies "nice" have you checked out my web page yet?

I agree with willo, excellent tournament boys, some of the best hockey we've played, it was a pleasure!

Our work rate was second to none, every player gave 110%, billy even went into a corner!  Shocked

Obviously its dissapointing not to make it to the final, but I think we showed just how much damage we can really do when we put our minds to it, as Nige said, now lets take it to the league, we know we can do it!!

A BIG THANKYOU to Andy and Nige for all of the hard work thats gone into setting up and running the tournament.

I'm sure all of the guys will agree it was another successfull tournament and an enjoyable weekend was had by all!

Same goes for everyone else involved behind the scenes

I agree with Wardy, A MASSIVE THANKS to all you Guy's & Girls who made the Tournament possible and run so smoothly without all of everybody's hard work and effort it just wouldn't happen.

Well done and thanks to all involved - great tournament again, looking forward to next year's already!

Hard lines Shamone, let's be nice and only ask him questions which only require answers using the right hand side of his keyboard!  Cheesy  The soap-on-a-rope should have taken the sting out of that news...  Wink

This Summer Cup should be the hardest and best yet so we have to really hit the ground running (watch Pietro in training for the right idea Evil ).

Hey don't diss the name - I tried to think of something witty but after less than about 4 hours sleep all wknd and running what seemed like a marathon in that heat yesterday decided that Sarah was the best!

Gonna check out your web page now old guy-make sure the puppies don't appear on it plz-never gonna live that down am i?

Willo don't think we've any videos of the game but I have got a self help beauty one about how to pluck eyebrows! You might wanna have a watch and equal those babies out a bit!  Wink

Just wanna say God its hard typing with 1 hand cheers gary!! but on the whole this weekend has been awesome each tournament of ours gets better, team hull you are outstanding!! but  thank you to every one else that put in more behind the scenes cause you know and we all know without you guys its not gonna be possible..... as the legendary nigel roberts put it ... raise your right arm and stretch it across to your left shoulder and give yourselves a pat on the back!!

as for saturday night well good night boys an nice puppies sarah, im sorry but the team does have to share them bad boys, anyways tournament wise boys you played out outstanding and especially well done to the goalies, keep it up boys since i'm gonna the next god knows hows many games boys play like we did in the tournament and nothing will stand in your way.....

big round of applause to everyone who took part on and off the ice and thanks for the support along the way

I think we (the goalies) have to thank all those boys stood in front of us back checking and blocking shots, especially fenno and delboy mckirdy

i can barely move today and have to sit on my left side 'cos that bruise is still getting bigger (thanks Gaz!) but in some sick sadistic twisted way i didn't want to do any work today i wanted to get back on the ice and do it all again.

just sorry we couldn't stretch it to one more game and take on the paisley party boys

anyway we've got a busy summer and couple of cups to win back i do recall when we won it we took the scoring title too and had the best keeper too (probably cos Gary and wardy mullered everyone else's) so let get to work

and willo, you don't need to get the most penalty minutes title although you probably will if stanny is around
